What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 set per model. We welcome single-machine orders for trials, line upgrades, or new facility setups.
For complete production line projects involving multiple machine types, we offer integrated pricing packages with priority engineering support and commissioning assistance.

What certifications do your machines carry?

What is the typical lead time for delivery?
Lead times depend on machine type and configuration:
Lead time starts from deposit confirmation. We provide factory acceptance testing (FAT) before shipment and offer on-site installation support.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance before shipment (T/T Bank Transfer).
We also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) for larger orders. Payment terms can be discussed based on order value and long-term partnership arrangements.
